Is the pool public or private?

There is one pool on the property available to all guests.

Currently we only have 4 units, so at most you would be sharing the pool with guests from only 3 other units.

How far is the pool from the tiny houses?

The pool is about 150-250 feet from each unit.

Units #2 & #3 are closest while #5 is the furthest from the pool.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at our property.

Our property is mostly untamed ranch land full of cactus, stickers, and all sorts of critters. We don't want any of our pet friends injured or worse around our property.

Do you have a grill?

We currently have a charcoal grill next to the pool deck that is available for anyone to use.

Plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Please grill safely based on weather conditions.

Do you have a fire pit?

We have a bonfire size solostove near the pool area which is available for guests to use.

Do you have cookware, utensils, etc.?

Yes, our tiny homes come stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, cups and most general things you might need during a short stay with 2-4 guests.

When is the hot tub available?

The hot tub will be available on a seasonal basis only, likely starting around October and ending around April.
